Works great, and arrived quickly. I don't see why ppl say it makes noise. It is a powerful fan, so it makes fan noises. I recommend this for those that take a walk in the heat. Blowing up the shirt it cools you down efficiently.
I bought one before and am using it while hiking, but in the mountains, grasshoppers got into my ears. The feeling of heaviness has almost disappeared, and it's good even when sweating.

It's unique that the airflow can be adjusted from 1 to 150 by turning the knob. It feels a bit thick to carry around on the waist, but it has ample volume and less wrinkles, so it's okay.

It's a brushless motor, so it's quieter than expected. When you hang it around your neck, the wind blows just enough to feel comfortable. The cost performance is excellent.
